If you wish to be included in the official results of Belgian Cycling, you need to have a license.
This license can be purchased along with your registration and costs €10. Licenses can be purchased until Sunday, September 8.
No licenses will be provided on-site.
Day Registrations
It is possible to register on the day itself. However, we recommend registering in advance, so you arrive at the start without a care in the world. Below are the rates for day registration:

Group Registrations
Do you want to take the challenge together with colleagues and friends? Then you can register as a group until Sunday Augusts 31, groups start from a minimum of 10 people!
- Name changes can only be made at the helpdesk on September 14 and required for participant insurance reasons. An administrative fee of €5 per change is charged on site.
- For a group registration with group collection, you need a minimum of 10 members. If there are fewer than 10 participants, you can still register as a group, but all group members must collect their participant pack individually.
- Group registrations are only possible via the official online registration setting. Excel sheets and other lists are not accepted.
- How does the online registration work: first, you need to create a group in the registration form. Then, you will receive an email with the group name and group code. As long as you have this code and your chosen password (do not lose it!) you will always be able to manage the group. Subsequently, you can add and remove participants. Only the group leader can validate participants. You can add as many participants to your group as you wish.
- Registrations can be collected as one pack (all in one) or individually. Please indicate this clearly on the registration form. When you have selected to collect everything in one go, only the group leader can do this. In the case of individual collection, all participants receive a separate confirmation email containing all the necessary information for collecting their number.
- When your group is all set up, the group leader must pay for the entire group. The registration will only be confirmed when the group has been set up AND paid. As soon as your group is closed, there can be NO FURTHER CHANGES to your group. Any changes to your group can then only be made on site at the registration stand. An administrative fee of €5 per change is charged for this on site.
